Other recipients (independent controllers)
For payment processing (subscriptions, invoices) BUHIT GmbH uses Mollie B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU). As a regulated payment institution, Mollie acts as an independent controller under the GDPR (own statutory obligations, including payment services and anti-money-laundering law) and is not a subprocessor of BUHIT GmbH. Payment processing only concerns contract and billing data, never mailbox content. See our privacy policy for details.
AI providers
Postgate AI does not provide an AI provider itself. The customer connects the AI service (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) via their own account; such an AI provider is not a subprocessor of BUHIT GmbH. Only for the optional Outlook add-in may a customer-configured AI provider be used - also based on the customer’s account.
E-mail delivery
Transactional e-mails (confirmations, invoices, notifications) are sent by BUHIT GmbH via its own mail infrastructure; no external e-mail provider is used for this.
Changes
We inform customers in text form in advance about adding new or replacing existing subprocessors. Customers may object to a change for good, data-protection-related cause. This page and the Data Processing Agreement are authoritative.
