What you need

  • Exchange Server with EWS (Exchange Web Services), reachable from the internet, at least for our server IP
  • An AI assistant with MCP support (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, or Mistral Vibe); for the optional Outlook add-in, an Exchange administrator runs a one-line PowerShell command (provided in the portal)
  • No Microsoft 365 required: users sign in with their Exchange account
